A FRUITY FEAST FOR THE EYES

     Before trying to take better-quality photos of fruit, you should first                     understand what fruit photography even is. It is a specific genre that is               part of still-life photography. In short, it is the art of transforming a boring         bowl of fruit into a fun and delicious-looking food photo.

     When taking fruit photos, make sure you pay attention to lighting. You              should place your light source in front of your object to make it stand out,        and if you want your photo to be three-dimensional, include shadows as –        well.

    Here are some examples of fruit photos that I took. Even though some              people think that it is quite simple to photograph fruit and get satisfactory        results, it is in fact far from it.

    In addition to choosing the right fruit, I also needed to find an appropriate        background that wasn’t too dark before taking these photos with my                  smartphone. However, if you want a professional result, you should                    definitely consider using a camera.
